Processing, Shipping & Delivery

All products are inspected and provided with extra affection and positive energy before shipping. A placed order may take 2-5 business days to process to verify the information before the order is shipped out. (Business days are weekdays, not weekends or holidays)

Shipping takes about 2-7 business days.

Simply Serene LLC may delay processing and shipping times during SALES and Holiday times.

Items available for pre-orders will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date.

Tracking Information

We are not responsible if any packages are lost or stolen. Suppose your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered,, but you did not receive it. Please contact your carrier to file a claim.
